Terms & Agreement

Thank you for choosing Pane Relief Exterior Services! Before we begin work, please review the following terms to ensure we’re on the same page and everything runs smoothly.

1. Service Details

  • I will typically arrive at your property between 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM, unless we’ve discussed and agreed on a different time.

  • Services may include:

    • Window washing using cloths, professional-grade window cleaner, and squeegees.

    • Siding cleaning/pressure washing — light cleaning may involve water only, but safe cleaning chemicals may be used if needed for tough dirt or stains.

    • Gutter cleaning — I may need to access your roof to safely and thoroughly remove debris and clean out your gutters.

2. Safety & Experience

  • I have over a year of hands-on experience providing these services and take safety and quality very seriously.

  • I am fully insured and trained to operate my equipment professionally and safely.

  • All necessary precautions will be taken to avoid any damage to your property.

3. Signage

  • With your permission, I may place a small lawn sign on your property to promote my business. This would remain for up to one week after service.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the job. I accept cash, e-transfer, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

  • If you're not fully satisfied with any part of the work, I am happy to return and do touch-ups at no extra cost — your satisfaction matters.

5. Property Access & Expectations

  • Please ensure I have clear access to the work areas (e.g., unlocked gates, cleared driveways, etc.).

  • I will treat your home and property with the utmost respect and care.
